Workspace-Lite is a personal productivity and note-taking application provided "as is." We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Data & Backups
You are solely responsible for your data. Workspace-Lite does not guarantee data backup or recovery. We strongly recommend that you export and maintain your own backups of any important information stored in the Service. We are not liable for any loss of data, whether caused by system failures, user error, or any other reason.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workspace-Lite and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion of your transmissions or data
6. "No Warranty" Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.
